Swansea Secretary Alun Donovan said: ” As a former Abercrave player myself, I am especially pleased that the Whites have been able to accept the offer to play Abercrave in their centenary season and to help them celebrate this milestone. As supporters will know, there have been long links between the two clubs with more than a few players from Abercrave shining on the St Helen’s pitch in the white strip of Swansea.”
“As club Secretary I congratulate them on achieving the centenary landmark and look forward to travelling to Plas-Y-Ddol to see the two teams run out. The kick off has been arranged for 7pm, so I encourage Whites supporters to join us on Friday 7th February at Abercrave.”
