It is with regret that we announce that the forthcoming sessions of Sporting Memories at St Helen’s have been postponed as a precaution against the potential threat of the Coronavirus COVID-19.
This is a sensible forward-thinking move that will however, disappoint both attendees and volunteers as the sessions are proving to be such a success and so popular.
The decision affects all the Sporting Memories Groups within the Ospreys region. It is expected that the sessions will resume as soon as a decision is made that the potential risk no longer warrants the postponement. That news will of course be posted on this website.
Both Ospreys in the Community and Swansea RFC hope that those that have attended these sessions will understand the decision and we very much hope to welcome everyone back and see new faces too when the sessions do resume, which they surely will.
This is purely a precautionary measure, the wellbeing of everyone connected with the Sporting Memories being, as ever, our first priority. The great success of the early sessions is an assurance that we will pick up where we left off and get back together as soon as is considered prudent.
