Swansea RFC are delighted to confirm six new players that will join the squad full time for the upcoming season:
Previously confirmed is Rhys Jones – fly-half from Aberavon but has also been a part of Sale Sharks, Dragons, Scarlets, Ebbw Vale alongside many others. He brings vast professional and Premiership experience to the squad.
Matthew Aubrey – scrum-half from Ospreys – he has already made several appearances for the All Whites over the years and happened to score a beauty of a try that went end to end against the Barbarians in our game in May, but joins the squad full time this upcoming season.
Osian Knott – much like Aubrey, Osian Knott has also made appearances for the Whites in the past and joins from the Ospreys. An extremely quick centre, he has also been capped at Wales U20s level.
Cai Davies – Cai also has a small number of Whites games already under his belt. He has spent the majority of his game time with Swansea University in the BUCS League at No.8, under the watchful eye of head coach Hugh Gustafson.
Joseph Greaves – Much like Cai, second-row Joe also has Swansea University experience. Transferring from Exeter this past year, he appeared from the bench during the Barbarians game.
Craig Woodall – Another centre amongst the pack, Craig joins us from a joint contract between Llandovery and Tycroes. He was previously a part of the Scarlets academy and capped at Wales age grade at the international level.
