Here at Swansea Rugby Club we are proud to announce our renewed Hospitality Department.

Catering for Functions

At St Helens we have always prided ourselves on our reputation and ability to play host to our valued guests. The Hospitality Department can cater for all your wishes and requirements for any function you may wish to hold with us, whatever the occasion from weddings, engagements, birthdays, christenings or other special family events. We have the knowledge, experience and outstanding facilities and location.

The Club boasts two large Function Rooms:

• The President’s suite which is situated on the top floor with stunning views of Swansea Bay. The Suite can cater for up to 80 people in a formal setting and up to 100 people in a less formal layout. The Suite also features a south facing balcony.
  
  
• The St Helens Lounge lies on the first floor and features full length south facing windows with views of the famous St Helens Ground and sea view. Formal Functions for up to 130 people can be held here where disabled access is also a feature.

• Our other suites can cater for up to 20 people each and have the versatility to be opened up for a combined capacity of 80 people. These again offer breathtaking views of Swansea Bay and St Helens Ground.

Our Catering Facilities

We can offer a range of Catering packages to suit your varying requirements:

• A light Finger Buffet starts at just £6 per head.
• A more formal Hot or Cold Buffet is available starting at £14.95.
• For a more Traditional Function, the excellent Carvery option is recommended at just £17.95 for a three course meal.

All catering packages can be adapted to suit your individual requirements and dietary needs with a drinks package available alongside the normal beverage facilities.

Sunday Lunches at St Helens

We'd be delighted to see you at Sunday Lunchtime at any time of the year where you’ll be served in the Main Bar. The Main Meal is £6.50 and Dessert £2.95.
