The club is saddened to announce the passing of former All White Dudley Thomas who passed away this week.

Dudley played at prop forward for Swansea from 1951 to 1963. During that time he amassed 141 appearances for the club as well as numerous for the Athletic XV. He played five times for Swansea against the Barbarians including one match in 1954 where he swapped his position in the front row to play at fly-half! Dudley also played for Swansea in the match against Australia at St Helens on 11th Jan 1958.

Dudley played his last game for Swansea in October 1963 but continued to serve the club on the Committe during the 1960's and 1970's.

Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.

Byron Mugford Hon. Sec. Swansea Rugby Club.
