The All Whites were put to the sword for the second time this season by a clinical Cross Keys team, who showed great passion to record a 26-0 victory.
The visitors were handed an early penalty opportunity when flanker Tom Lampard collected a lineout and the Swansea backs were caught offside in midfield. However, fly half Josh Prosser missed his effort at goal.
A barnstorming run by number eight Adam Powell set up an attack for the visitors, with impressive full back Leon Andrews racing through the middle, supported by lock Dan Hodge. Keys swept the ball out wide, but Whites winger Jon Bayliss made a try saving tackle on opposite number Joseph Goodchild.
The respite didn’t last long though as the backs got the ball out to the other wing for centre Lewis Barnett to score. Prosser converted.
Fly half Jac Wilson missed a drop goal attempt, but play was brought back after the visitors’ defence crept offside at the ruck. Wilson missed a relatively simple shot at goal.
Swansea came desperately close to scoring a try in the corner when Bayliss and full back Rhys Williams sprinted towards a crossfield kick, but the bounce eluded them both and Keys survived the threat.
A high tackle on Leon Andrews by lock Gavin Ronan gifted the visitors a penalty. Prosser kicked to touch and the Keys forwards mauled towards the line, but were prevented illegally by the Whites’ defence.
From a second lineout, the Cross Keys pack remained patient and lock Scott Andrews pealed off a ruck to score a try. Prosser converted.
A Keys attacking move broke down when hooker Rob Jones dropped the ball, although the home side were unable to capitalise and it was down to Bayliss to prevent a certain try by tracking back to ground a chip through dead.
Lampard made a half break, but was held by the defence and the supporting winger Matthew Powell was penalised for holding on after the tackle. Wilson found touch on the twenty-two and Keys were penalised for killing the ball. Wilson missed his effort at goal though.

Barnett made a break through the middle, but was dragged down on the twenty-two. A well-weighted chip to the corner was picked up by Matthew Powell, who managed to keep his footing to stay in touch and race home to score. Prosser missed the conversion.
Centre Ryan Evans sprinted through the tackle and offloaded, but an early tackle by Keys spoiled the move. From the penalty, Wilson kicked to touch and the ball was swept out to Bayliss, who ran hard at the defence. Flanker Jack Perkins then powered forward, but centre Jedd Evans took the wrong option by chipping through instead of passing out wide.
Perkins collected a lineout and fed Bayliss, who again used his pace to set up an attack, but another handling error let the home side down.
The Whites looked certain to score when Bayliss sprinted through a gap in the defence, but a last gasp ankle tap brought him down five metres short of the line. Leon Andrews picked up the loose ball and began a counterattack, finding Matthew Powell in support, who threw a pass to Barnett for him to stroll over for a bonus point try. Prosser converted.
Replacement fly half Josh Martin powered forward, gaining vital yards as the supporting substitute hooker Paul John made it up to the twenty-two. However, lock Tudor Hughes was penalised for diving over the top of a ruck.
Winger Luke Griffiths came close to scoring a consolation try by chasing down a chip ahead, but Goodchild tracked back to run the ball into touch as the referee signalled full time.
Next up for the All Whites is a friendly match against the British Army, while Cross Keys host Pontypool in the National Cup.
